We do accepts returns in exchange for shop credit! Please fill out the form under the Contact Page to start the process. We will not accept returns/exchanges for customer incorrectly addressing their order accidentally, so please be sure to double-check your information when placing your order.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you have a question about receiving an order in a certain timeframe, please contact us prior to placing your order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other reasons, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
